  2. Confirmation letter, board resolution and power of attorney from the foreign company or institution to open an office in Qatar.
  3. A document of authorisation, board resolution and power of attorney from the foreign company or institution to appoint a manager to run the rep office in Qatar.
  4. A declaration from the company or institution abroad that is responsible for the work carried out by the office in the State of Qatar.
  5. Copy of personal identification of the rep office manager.
  6. Certificate for the brand of the product.
  7. Documents issued outside the country must be duly certified and attested and legally translated.
